 1. Order Cancellation Policy

• Before Dispatch: Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. If the order has not been dispatched, a full refund will be processed.
   
• After Dispatch: Orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped. However, you may request a return after receiving the product (refer to Return & Refund Policy below).
   

• Return Eligibility: Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
   
• Non-Returnable Items:
   
  • Opened healthcare products
     
  • Consumables such as supplements
     
  • Personalized or customized items
     
• Return Process:
  Contact our customer support team with your order ID to initiate a return. We will arrange a pickup and complete the return process within 7–10 business days.
   
• Refunds:
  Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.
   

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will verify the issue and arrange a reverse pickup. Upon confirmation, we will either replace the product or issue a full refund.

• Maximum Delivery Time: 7 to 10 business days

  • Orders below ₹5,000: Shipping charges may apply and will be shown during checkout
     
• We currently deliver across India through reliable courier partners. Shipping timelines may vary based on delivery location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
