1. Order Cancellation
- Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support team. If the order has not been dispatched, we will process a full refund.
- After Dispatch: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. However, you may initiate a return once the product is delivered (see Return Policy).
2. Return and Refund
- Eligibility for Return: Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Non-Returnable Items: Supplements, opened healthcare products, and items that are consumable or personalized are not eligible for return.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer support team with your order details. We will arrange for a pickup and process the return within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If the product you received is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund. We will arrange a reverse pickup and process the refund once the issue is verified.
